The Tyrants of German Black Metal are back… and the black gang are back in all their glory!!! No social media, no hysteria, no drama and definitely no Black Metal Promotion….this is ABSURD and this name says for itself!
As previously said by JfN during our last meeting, the return of Absurd is the return to its roots and he is totally right! “Schwarze Bande” sounds like the continuation of “Totenlieder” with some touches from “Werwolfthron” or even, “Wolfskrieger”.
The traditional guitars are back too and this time more powerful and harsh than “Blutgericht” . Forget the happy melodies from “Grimmige Volksmusik”. Also, the vocals are in perfect sinction….the old-is-cool, definetly!
Intro and outro plus more 10 new songs in a total of 40 minutes for playing time of Pure German Black Metal… this IS how the true Absurd must sound like! Best album of the year, for sure!
The worldwide release of “Schwarze Bande” is scheduled for 8th of May via Darker Than Black and the South American version will be carried by Hammer Of Damnation.
